For all those out there with an aversion to detox, diet and other deprivation themes typical of January, try these… soo gooey and chocolatey that just the one will do – YUMMY ♥
Decadent Chocolate Brownies with Peanut Butter Swirls
100gr chocolate melted
75gr unsalted butter
2 eggs
55gr sugar
25gr gluten free flour sieved
75gr chopped chocolate
65gr chopped pecans
4 tbsp peanut butter, softened
Line a 9” springform tin with parchment and grease the sides
Stir the butter into the melted chocolate until it has completely softened and melted into the chocolate.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and fold into the melted chocolate butter mix.
Fold in the flour and stir in the chopped chocolate and pecans.
Pour into the prepared tin.
Drop teaspoons of the peanut butter into the mixture and swirl through using a cocktail stick.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 160C until cooked with still with a gooey wobble.
Let cool for a few minutes and remove the springform sides of the tin to finish cooling
Cut and serve….
